Crystal Payroll's Trust Fund Account
Click 'Report/Inquiry', 'My Account Inquiry' and then 'Trust Funds'
This area will look and feel like visiting your banks website.
This will show you all your transactions to Crystal Payroll and where the money goes to. For example your staffs wages or PAYE.
Here you have the option to sort via date and also have two radio buttons, 'Show all Transactions' and 'Show Reconciled Transactions'
To the right you will have the balance, for example: if you over paid Crystal Payroll you will have a positive balance, just like you would with the banks.
Clicking on the 'Preview Transaction list report' will generate a report. When here you have the option to export the report or download it as a PDF.
