How to read the Take Home Pay Area
This screen shows you what's in the pay, giving you breakdowns.
For example: Next to all figures in the pay, you will have a drilldown button, clicking on the drilldown button next to the gross figure, will give you more of a breakdown, of that figure.
To the right of the gross, will be any Taxable Allowances (Regular / Irregular) or Deductions (Regular /Irregular), if there are any.
Below the gross you will have any other variances to the pays like Tax Arrears, KiwiSaver and Payroll Giving.
Once you are happy with figures, tick the approve. or click the approve all button to approve all employees take home pays.
Now you can choose to preview the select employee's payslip, or if you want as long as you have approved all pays, you can select 'payslip for all employee's and click preview.
