How to calculate a Public Holiday
The system knows which day is a public holiday for the employee.
The system will calculate using the default hour.
If your employee's Public Holiday has zero hours, due to them not having a default hour Click on the default hours area, this will show you the last 4 weeks and give you an average.
Type the average in or a figure you feel is correct, then click submit changes
