How to setup a New Employee - Step 3

Click on the Continue Agreement Settings.

The first field is the 'Working Hours'. Where you enter what hours this person works per day.

The second is the 'Pay Rate'. Where you would set the employee's pay rate.

The third is the Regular 'Allowance' and 'Deductions'. For example: a bonus Allowance or Health Insurance Deduction.

The fourth is the 'Child Support' and 'Arrears Payments'. Child support is where you would enter the Child support deduction and Arreas is for court fines etc.

The fifth is Leave Settings and Historical details. Leave settings is to view or alter the leave settings. Historical Details is to add or alter leave to this employee.
