How does a Manager Approve Employee Timesheets

Selecting an employee, if the employee has finished entering his timesheet and marked it for approval, you will see his times here.

In this example Andrew has requested 1 day of bereavement leave (All leave needs to be sorted with-in the Leave request area)

The other days are of standard working hours, here you check the times entered and can approve or decline them to the right by ticking the required option.

However if you feel there is a day or 2 incorrect, you can edit it yourself by selecting the day and editing it and then tick the 'Approve' option or decline the day and have the employee correct it and resubmit it for checking, also you can delete the line by clicking the 'X' button to the left of it.

If you have declined it you can now send the employee an email reminder to action the required corrections by clicking the 'Email for Data Changes'

However if the employee is not near a computer but the timesheet needs to be done for processing, you can simply click the 'Add' button to add the times in for the employee.
