How to setup Manager Access

Click Settings/Help then Company Settings and then Company User.

Put the dot into the 'Manager' radio button, and then click 'Add'

Click the dropdown menu and then select the manager.

Type in a user name e.g. Bob, to the right is the company code they will be provided with, you cannot change this code.

Then assign him to a group. If you have not got a group created for them yet, please view 'How to setup a Company User Group'

Next give him a password, for example 123456. Please note: that they will be forced to change the password as soon as they login.

Then click 'Submit Changes'

If you have more than one manager that has been setup, the 'Manager duty' button will become available.

Click 'Manager Duty' here you can decide which department the manager is assigned to by moving them from the left to the right.

When done click 'Exit'
