How to read the Employee Leave Summary

Click Time/Income and Leave Summary

Here you will see the Available leave types owing to you, in this example I only have my Annual Leave and Alternative Leave showing.

Clicking on the blue (Available) link at the top, will give you a little more detail about your entitlement. Click Close.

There are 7 different radio buttons, for example: All, Annual Holiday, Sick Leave, Alternative Leave, Bereavement Leave, Other-Pay Leave and No-Pay Leave.

Clicking on the 'Annual Holiday' radio button will only show you that leave type taken, selecting 'Sick Leave' will only show you that type taken and the same with the others.  Selecting the 'All' button will show you all leave types taken to date.

Highlight one of the leave days taken by clicking on the button to the left of it, and then clicking on the 'Show Leave Detail' button, will show you more details regarding that particular leave.
