How to setup an Employee's Holiday & Leave Entitlement

Click Employee/Contractor, then Agreement

Select the employee, then click the Blue 'Historical Detail' link.

Here you can view the history of any type of leave, for example, click each radio button and it will give you the history below.

Clicking the 'Show Accrued Entitlement' button will give you a breakdown of the select row. This feature is only available for Annual Leave.

To add a day, for example, selecting the 'Alternative Leave' radio button and click add. Enter the date for this day, how many days and hours.

However if you want to enter Annual Leave, pot the dot into the 'Annual Leave' radio button and click 'Add'

What ever annual leave you enter you must put in the employees anniversary date, when done click submit changes.

Then click Submit Changes and exit.
