How to use the Employee Timesheets
Click 'Time / Income' then Timesheet
At the top you will have the date, if the date showing is not the correct date; you can change it by simple selecting the up and down arrows or by highlighting the figures and manually changing them.
Just below the date you will have the option to enter your start and finish times. For example: I started 8:30am and finish at 5:30pm but I had a lunch break of 30 minutes. Once finished, click the 'Save' button, the times have now been entered for that day.
However if your times are the same as your default hours or previous timesheet, then click the 'Upload' button and choose one of the options provided
Once you have completed a full period worth of times, tick the 'Ready for manager approval' and then click 'Email For Manager Approval', and the manager will receive an email to check the times, and will either accept, decline or alter the times shown.
