How to setup Default Working Hours

On the Main Menu, click Employee/Contractor, then Agreement

Click the Blue Working Hours link. Here you will have 3 options.

Option 1.) Click add, This will give you the 'Actual Hours' format time sheet. Example: Andrew worked 8 hours yesterday and 8 hours today.

Option 2.) Click the 'Normal Start-Finish Time, for the 'Start-Finish' Format time sheet.

Option 3.) Click the 'Normal Start-Finish Time, and then the 'Company Normal Start-Finish time' This would pickup the companys default hours.

However, for this example we are going to use the 'Actual Hours' Format.

Enter in the default hours, if there is no default hours such as a Casual then make them all zero.

Here you have 2 radio buttons 'Last Time sheet' and 'Default working hours'.

If you select last time sheet, every time you do a pay it will bring up the times from the last period.

If you selected Default working hours, it would use what ever you have set here in the default working hours.

When finished, Click 'Submit Changes' and 'Exit'.
