How to enter Contractor Income
Click 'Time/Income' and then 'Contractor Income'
Select the Contractor.
Here you have two options.
Option1.) Click 'Add' to add a new pay
Option2.) Click 'Upload last pay' this feature would allow you to upload the last pay information, saving you time from re-entering the information.
However in this demonstration we are going to add a new one.
Select the dropdown list and select an item. If the required item is not there please view the 'How to setup Contractor Income Items'
Then enter a Description if required.
To the right you can enter the quantity e.g. how many hours. And then enter the rate e.g. the rate per hour. The 'Total Amount' will auto fill.
To the right of the rate you will have a button clicking this button will allow you to save this rate as the normal rate.
When done click 'Submit Changes'
Next tick the 'Approve' tick box at the top.
