How to Authorise an Accountant

Please note that you will only be able to Authorise the accountant if they have registered themselves online at Crystal Payrolls website.

Assuming your accountant has registered, click 'Setting/Help', then 'Company Settings' and then 'Company User'

Put the dot into the 'Accountant' radio button and then click 'Add'

Here you can enter either the accountants email address that he used to register with Crystal Payroll or if he gave you his accountant access code you can enter that.

Then select the group you have created for accountants (if there is no group available or would like to create a new group, please view 'How to setup a company User Group'

Then you will need to tick the box below and then click 'Submit Changes'

Then click the button 'Email Accountant' this will send the accountant an email letting them know you have authorised them.
