How to enter ACC First Week

Click 'Time/Income' and then 'Irregular Misc'

Select the employee. Make sure the dot is in the 'Allowance' radio button, then click 'Add'

Click on the Dropdown menu and select 'ACC First Week' (If it is not showing, you will need to add it to the list. Please view 'How to setup Allowance/Deduction Items').

Here you enter the quantity e.g. number of hours. Then add the rate, e.g. per hour. The total field will auto fill when you have finished entering the rate.

To the left you have the option to enter a description; this field is optional and just below you will have a tick box option 'Taxable' leave this ticked.

To the top right you will have 'Payment Type' select the dropdown menu and change it to 'Ordinary'.

When finished, click 'Submit Changes' then you have to approve the allowance by ticking the 'Approve' Tick box and the top. Then click 'Back To Main Menu' and then 'Time sheet'

Select the employee an approve the time sheet , and then click on the 'Take Home Pay' button. In the 'Take Home Pay' Screen you will now see the required figure at the top.
